Privacy Policy

SwimFlow is built as a local-first diagram tool. Most editing happens in your browser, and your data stays on your device unless you intentionally export or share it.

Last updated: March 28, 2026 Effective: March 28, 2026 Service: swimflow.memolab.me

Important: SwimFlow is a productivity tool, not legal or compliance advice software. You are responsible for how your organization stores and shares exported files.

1. Local Processing

Diagram editing, rendering, and most interactions are processed on-device in your browser. SwimFlow does not require account login to use core features.

2. Browser Storage

SwimFlow may store local preferences and draft data in browser storage to improve your editing workflow.

  • Autosave draft content for recovery between sessions.
  • UI preferences such as support-toolbar visibility mode.
  • Optional local snapshots you create manually.

You can clear this data by clearing site storage in your browser.

3. Sharing and Exports

SwimFlow supports export and share features that you trigger explicitly:

  • SVG, PNG, and Copy PNG create output on your device.
  • Export Code and Export JSON save files locally.
  • Share creates a URL that may contain encoded diagram code in the hash portion.

Anyone with a shared link can potentially view the encoded content in that link.

4. Technical Data

We may collect limited technical data for service health and product quality, such as page loads, browser family, and aggregated usage patterns.

5. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, delivery, and monitoring. Those providers may process technical request metadata as part of normal web operations.

6. Your Controls

  • Use browser settings to block cookies or clear local storage.
  • Avoid creating share links for sensitive data.
  • Prefer offline/local export flow when required by policy.

7. Retention

Local draft/snapshot data remains in your browser until you clear it. Server-side technical logs, if collected, are retained for operational and security needs for a limited period.

8. Children

SwimFlow is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through our services, contact us to request deletion.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product and legal changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate the newest revision.
